This site exists so professional buyers can send us production inquiries. We collect what you type into our forms, use it to answer you, and little else. This page explains that in plain terms.

What we collect

When you send a request through the detailed RFQ form or the quick inquiry panel, we receive the information you enter. Depending on which fields you fill in, that can include your name, company, work email, phone number, country, company website, the product or garment type you are asking about, quantities, colours and branding preferences, delivery destination and timing, and your message.

If you attach a reference, such as a logo, tech pack, sketch or photo, we receive that file too (up to 8 MB). Attach only material you have the right to share.

How we use it

Your submission is sent to our inbox as an email and we use it for one purpose: reviewing your request and replying with questions, options and a quotation. We do not use inquiry data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not add you to a newsletter.

How it travels

The form posts to our own server endpoint, which validates the submission and forwards it to us through an email delivery provider configured by us. Connections use transport encryption where supported. After delivery, your inquiry lives in our email correspondence like any other business message.

Spam protection

The forms include a hidden field that ordinary visitors never see or fill. If automated software fills it, the submission is discarded. This involves no tracking of you.

Cookies and local storage

The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third-party trackers. Your browser stores one small session flag so the floating inquiry button plays its attention animation only once per visit; it identifies nothing about you and disappears when the browsing session ends.

Server data

Like almost every website, the server that hosts this site keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, request time and requested page) for security and operations.

How long we keep things

We keep inquiry emails and their attachments for as long as the conversation and ordinary business record-keeping require, then delete them. If you want something removed earlier, ask us.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@uniformtb.com and we will respond.
