How to brief a uniform manufacturer

A clear brief is the fastest route to an accurate quotation. The more of the following you can share up front, the fewer rounds it takes to reach a firm price and timeline.

Start with the essentials

Name the garment or a model code, the estimated quantity per style, and your size range. Production starts from 100 pieces per style, so it helps to indicate whether this is a single style or a multi-style program.

Colour and branding

Tell us your colours (a Pantone reference is ideal) and how you want your logo applied: embroidery, screen print, transfer, or woven and printed labels. If you need private-label neck and size labels, say so early.

Timeline and destination

Share a target delivery date and destination. Sampling is typically 5–7 business days and standard production is 2–4 weeks, so we can confirm whether your date is realistic and plan sampling accordingly.

Send references

A photo, a sample garment, or a tech pack removes ambiguity. We produce to your specification rather than a fixed range, so the reference becomes the basis for the sample.
