Two-Tone Reflective Backpack Cover

This cover slips over a backpack to make the wearer visible from behind, day or night. Fluorescent yellow polyester with reflective silver sections, held on by an elastic band that stays put in wind. The fabric is weather resistant and the spec is built for EN ISO 20471 compliance. One size fits a wide range of backpacks.
